| 職務概要 | The Japan Service and Operations Manager is accountable for the delivery of high quality and cost effective business services to Japanese customers. The manager is responsible for the Japan teams in most of the functions within the centre including outstanding people leadership, innovative process improvement practices, effective risk assessment and excellent resource management practices. The Manager will work with other function leads and Japan team leads to improve Japan services and processes.
The other key to this role will be the requirements to enable growth of the centre through scope expansion for Japanese users and to ‘show-case’ the delivery model to Japanese clients. |
